We had plenty of room with a cozy fireplace and a little kitchenette. Loved being so close to the strip!

The stay was quite enjoyable, with a spacious two-bedroom unit that had everything we needed for our family. The double-headed shower and jetted tub were fantastic, and we loved how warm the pool was! One downside, though, was the difficulty in finding the parking entrance which was a bit tricky for larger vehicles.

Ideal for families wanting space

The staff was really accommodating. They switched our rooms so we could get a balcony and not be on the bottom floor. I mean Joe at the front desk was exceptional. He was so friendly and made the whole experience feel personal. The condo we got was spacious and peaceful. We really enjoyed chilling out after a long day, felt like home.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

More attention to pool cleanliness would be appreciated!!! !!! Cluttered grounds and poor outdoor maintenance left a lot to be desired!!! A little TLC wouldn't hurt to spruce things up!!!

The location of Town Square is excellent, with easy access to most attractions in Gatlinburg.
